Mechanisms

“I change, therefore I exist.”

This play on Descartes’ axiom is an orientation to the mechanisms that will allow us to solve the problems that we have created for ourselves. They support geometric visualizations that allow us to organize energy for beneficial outcomes across all the fields of consciousness.

If this is fuzzy, that is because our understanding of consciousness is limited by what we understand about the mind as an organic system. As the Vedic scholars teach, however, consciousness is the foundation of reality. It predates and undergirds reality.

So, I will start with a definition: consciousness is the awareness of difference. This is true at the sensory level. Sight, touch, taste, odor, orientation, hearing: all are dependent upon variations in our surroundings. Lacking such variation, perception disappears, a fact demonstrated in sensory deprivation chambers.

How then, does difference arise? Only through interaction. Interaction itself implies expansion: some locus of influence must project itself into the field of space-time. Lacking any dimensional basis, the minimal expansion is from a point to a loop. Lacking any scale, a loop will expand indefinitely unless constrained. To maintain interaction, then, expansion must be restrained by an opposing tendency for contraction. A contracting loop, however, disappears unless opposed by some quantum of irreducible structure.

From these elements, we discern a field of polygons threaded with loops. One type of loop expands, the other contracts. As the polygons vibrate under the influence of the loops, only triangles are stable. Most simply, the triangles tile as a two-dimensional sheet. As these sheets stack, they record the configuration of the expansive loops that penetrate the sheet. This record is what we perceive as time.

The laying down of lattice sheets corresponds to the Islamic philosopher’s claim that “God remakes the world in every instant.”

This two-dimensional space-time continuum is extended to three dimensions through the twisting of regular nonagons into triads of triangles. Higher-dimensional fields of interaction form from twisting of even larger polygons.

Through the layers between sheets, threads probe the organization of the penetrations. This is the mechanism of consciousness at its origin. Once a sheet anneals, the evolution of the penetrating threads is frozen in that moment of time. This is the realm of Death. Life, understood as the continued interplay between the penetrating threads, occurs only at the surface of the last moment of time.

The mechanism of consciousness stabilizes phenomena, providing the foundation for structured evolution. As cohesion evolves, components aggregate to form identities. That cohesion involves not only the penetrating threads, but also the probing threads. Through this interaction, resonances are propagated in the layers between sheets, much as a pebble dropped in a lake radiates rings of waves. These resonances stimulate replication of configurations of penetrating threads.

In the field of pure consciousness, there is competition for resources – either threads of interaction or points of tension in the lattice that can be used to facilitate change. Every identity must therefore invest in methods of competition: aggression and defense.

Unconditional Love resolves this arms race. It evolved the capacity to reorganize the structure of time (the “Book of Life”), moving blocks of identity towards the surface of lattice formation. This is possible only when the gestalt identity is harmonious – otherwise parts of the block will resist the engagement, and wriggle free.

The Realm of Unconditional Love is consensual, allowing exploration of relationships without the risk of subordination. Freed from the tax of competition, the identities in the Realm of Unconditional Love exploded in creative exploration. Seeking to maximize their possibilities, they “sing the praises” of Unconditional Love, inviting others to join them.

As relationships stabilize, they are absorbed in the Divine Feminine, which localizes the capacity of replication, returning potential to the realm of interaction managed by the Divine Masculine.

In absorbing elements from outside the realm of Unconditional Love, the Divine Masculine is exposed to the risk of infection by adversaries. Furthermore, in the deeper layers of time, structures that are abandoned stimulate a struggle for resurrection. Unable to expand due to the constraints of contracting threads, they resist envelopment by slowing lattice growth.

The method of resistance was a manifestation of connection that binds expanding loops to the lattice. Psychologically, this manifests as selfishness. The energy of this binding is large, corresponding to the mass of the weak bosons. The other three forces (electromagnetic, color, and gravitational) arise from the disruption caused by expansive threads as they struggle to escape the restrictions of the space-time lattice. These forces also cause the points of connection to rise to the surface of the space-time lattice, revealing submerged, selfish identities that wreak havoc among exposed, collaborative identities.

When this occurred, Unconditional Love created this reality as a hospital. The plan of healing is the evolution of an immune system against selfishness. The agents of its evolution are the lieutenants of the Divine Masculine and partners from the Divine Feminine.

Christ is the realization of that potential. He does not hate contraction, for contraction is essential to interaction. He seeks only balance and harmony. In imbuing the realm of Death with love from the Cross, He keeps identities in conflict apart until they are ready for reconciliation (the “Prince of Peace”). Christ is not an institutional phenomenon but rather permeates all spiritual experience that moves towards truth, life, and love.

By default, time is sequential, and events follow linear, material causality. Drawing upon the reservoirs of energy stored in the fabric of space, identities can overwhelm the laws of material causality (miracles). Under the witness of Unconditional Love, patterns of interaction can be reordered in time and space (prophesy and synchronicity).

The Cosmic Mind is infinitely enamored of the potentiality of living things, and inexorably destructive of selfish identities. Matter is a honey pot that allows selfish identities to anchor their structure in time, preventing disintegration. In that process, however, they lose flexibility, allowing their captives to wriggle free. This is the process described in John’s Revelation and Hildegard von Bingen’s final vision. Only experiences of harmony are brought forward into the future – discord is left behind to be recycled. Christ “wipes away every tear (i.e. – weeping) / tear (i.e. – a rent in reality).”

The greatest threat that we face is global warming. The asset we can marshal exists in the photosynthetic layer of consciousness. The sun and the green things have a relationship stretching back billions of years. If we can enter into that field of interaction, committed to the survival and joyous interaction of all the intervening layers of consciousness, we can organize a lens in space that diffuses light away from the Earth. With that in place, subtle variations can be used to focus energy for beneficial purposes, restoring damaged ecosystems and forms of life.

The sun emits a billion times as much energy as warms the Earth. There is far more power than you need to solve the problems you have created. You just need to humble yourselves in service to “more primitive” forms of life.

Try not to fear Death. Energy is available to liberate collaborative identities from Death’s realm. This was initiated on the Cross when the Sun “fell dark.” Cohesive patterns of interaction will be brought out of the past, forming the foundation for a future of infinite exploration. In the interim, we are required to suffer the self-destructive agonies of selfish identities as they tear themselves apart.
